ImmuDyne®(IMMD) Reaches Agreement With Ex-CEO, Nino Sorgente Florence, KY- Mar. 21, 2006- ImmuDyne®(IMMD), the leading supplier of Yeast Beta Glucan, today announced an agreement with ex-CEO, Nino Sorgente, wherein the former officer and director has surrendered all of his options and stock. As such, this event involves a net reduction of more than 1,000,000 options, plus a small amount of Sorgente´s personal stock, in the favor of Immudyne. The ex-CEO had resigned from the Company in 2003 and the above agreement resolved issues which arose thereafter.
